History: The latest in a dynasty of heroes awarded "the Mantle of the Raging Bull", Alejandro is the fourteenth to bear 'The Burden". He expects his son to replace him in the future, but worries that he will not be ready.

Powers & Weapons: Superhuman strength. He is also equipped with armbands which contain bull-like horns that he can use as weapons.
