History: Dr. Nelson Drew, a weapon systems expert at Interfacing Technologies, working on the "Lamesis Project." He had been working on the Liberator battlesuit for ten years, but took another ten years to develop a power system small enough to operate the suit at full power, but was less than a pound.

Powers & Weapons: The Liberator's costume is equipped with force-shield generators capable of producing an energy that is able to deflecting bullets. It also has onboard weapons, such as retractable blades, and a jetpack that allows him to fly for short distances. Liberator is also a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, trained in several military martial art.
