History: Not a lot is known about Darren Bailey before Kadmos Corporation hired him to "recover" Tarantula. Since it was going to be part of an underground video feed, they provided him with the code name and equipment.

Powers & Weapons: Whipsaw uses a wide variety of energy-powered whips. The power source has only a thirty minute time limited, during which time the can do an incredible among of destruction, and even kill.
