History: When the alien, General Corstair and the robot Xero-7 crashed on Earth, Racquel help them escape capture by Warlord Mongo, and his battalion of mind-controlled minions, but at the cost of her right arm, and an implant which warns her of danger. Using their advanced medical technology Racquel was given a new arm and a new code name.

Powers & Weapons: Indestructible. Has an implant that detects hostile emotions. Under her right sleeve, she conceals a cybernetic arm. It is designed with a multiple capabilities, which includes various tools and weapons. Also concealed under her sleeve, Rikki carries a "Snub-Nosed Cosmic Blunderbuss" which she has been told is is most powerful firearm in the universe, with ammunition of depleted hydrogen, it never needs to be reloaded or recharged.
