History: Kent did not make the near-indestructible costume he wears, and he tends to be very evasive about how he acquired it. He has been accused of stealing the "Ballistic" battle-suit, a concept he finds very insulting.
Powers & Weapons: Ballistic is a metahuman, with super-strength, armored skin, night vision, and super-hearing. Additionally, Kent is a highly-skilled military martial artist.
