History: The All-Star Kid is the partner-in-training to the American Eagle.

Powers & Weapons: All-Star Kid used an experimental mutagenic formula which gave him exceptional agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reflexes superior to that of an Olympic athlete. All this, but at a heavy physical and mental cost. All-Star Kid carries an "A" crested, triangular shield. He also carries white metallic throwing stars patterned after those on the American flag.
