History: It is unknown as to whom Gary Kennedy made his bargain with, but after he and his brother were shot down by criminals. He vowed to return from the dead to avenge their deaths.

Powers & Weapons: As a ghost, the Wraith has the powers of intangibility, invisibility, and flight. He can also capable of possessing any sentient being. The people he possessed retained no memory of the experience.
