History: Not a whole is known about the man that has built a reputation as "Headshot", but he does seem to get a bit of sadistic pleasure from what he does. The money is secondary.
Powers & Weapons: Hotshot wears a high-tech battlesuit of unknown design. His cybernetic-enhanced psysiology enables him to perform several unique functions, such as infrared tracking. His enhanced psysiology also enables him to sustain damage that would kill a normal human being.
